Fresh update dropping today. Mostly polishing and quality-of-life improvements!

• Fixed Nations filter in /database

• Fixed Database requirement for photo upload, not triggering listing

• /home reworked, removed welcome text and professions top list

• /home now shows only the top 15 nations

• /faq moved into the footer, #WehFree centered and layout prepared for logo placement

• New footer modal “Take a Tour” highlighting the platform’s core features

Today we’re rolling out not a ton of flashy stuff, but a lot of solid quality-of-life improvements to WeHFree.

Updates:

• GDPR: Changelog emails are now anonymized and no longer visible to everyone.

• Profile Rework: Moved Vouching/CRED and Contact into the profile body.

• Backend: Vouche(rs) loading time improved to basically zero (no more random delays).

• Calendar × Profile Connection: You can now enable calendar sync in your profile so others can check your availability in real time.

• Contact Composer: Rebuilt from scratch as a modal. Now supports job position, booking period, day rate, and OT options, all sent together with the message.

• Availability Check: New modal with calendar view showing blocked periods.

A lot of time went into the small details and UX polish across all of this, so it’s definitely worth checking things out.

• Profile photo uploads now sync with Clerk and are mirrored in the top navigation icon

• Contact functionality simplified, defining clearly which users can connect

• Account type switching between Supplier and Agency keeps all data intact. Nothing is deleted when switching

• Agency accounts are no longer listed in the public database

• Supplier me/Edit now includes foldable sections for a better overview

• Requested feature started: Calendar integration via me/Edit.

• Various backend improvements

• Changelog now supports photo uploads via drag’n drop into changelog, first one included in this update :)

• Small frontend quality-of-life tweaks for hiring folks. You can now switch profile types between offering services or looking for them. Big win here: if you’re just looking, you don’t need to fill out a full-blown profile anymore.
